Will my data be passed on?
Your data will not be passed on to other people or companies, unless this is legally required or necessary to make your order or reservation possible. We enter into agreements with organizations that process your data on our behalf, for example with the supplier of the reservation platform. This way we ensure that they also handle your data safely and confidentially. Skateworld remains responsible for the processing of your personal data.
We also use other platforms for our services, such as Google, Facebook and Mailchimp. Skateworld has no influence on the way in which those external platforms handle your personal data. Your data may end up outside the EU. You can find out how these companies handle your data in their privacy statements.

Can Skateworld use my photos or footage?
At Skateworld we sometimes take photos and video recordings of our visitors. We then use this for our Facebook page, flyers and other promotional material, website and atmospheric reports. By purchasing a ticket and/or visiting Skateworld, you tacitly give permission to take and publish non-posed, spontaneous photos and atmospheric images. For targeted photos, we need your explicit permission according to the privacy law.

Camera footage?
For safety measures, several cameras have been installed at Skateworld. These images are only used in the event of an incident or if the police request this. These images are only shared with police units at their specific request. We will not keep these images for longer than 6 weeks, unless requested by the police or authorities.

How does Skateworld deal with social media?
If you contacted us via social media (Google My Business, Messenger, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to ask a question about our services, we will only use your data to answer your question.
